SAPPHIRE DENTAL LAB

A handoff that loses nothing.

Our digital-first workflow keeps a reproducible record of every case from the moment it arrives to the moment it seats. Here is how a case moves through the lab.

Designed on screen first.

Margins, contacts, occlusion and emergence are set against your prescription, and anything questionable comes back to you before it reaches the mill.

  1. Step 01

    Intraoral scanning

Send a digital scan from your intraoral scanner, or a traditional impression we digitise on arrival. We confirm receipt and check the data is clean before anything moves forward.

  2. Step 02

    CAD design

The restoration or appliance is designed on screen — margins, contacts, occlusion, and emergence all set against your prescription, with anything questionable flagged back to you.

  3. Step 03

    CAM & 3D printing

Approved designs are milled or printed on calibrated equipment, so what we designed on screen is what gets made — repeatably, case after case.

  4. Step 04

    Quality control

Every case is checked against the digital record and the prescription: fit, shade, contacts, and finish, before it is cleared to ship.

  5. Step 05

    Delivery

Work ships labelled and traceable, with the digital record kept on file so refinements, remakes, or replacements start from exactly where we left off.
